Susan Nilon

I was diagnosed with ADHD at fifty five. Not because I was looking for a label, but because I needed clarity. In that moment, years of patterns finally made sense. It was grounding and sobering at the same time.

When I looked for support, most of what I found was built for children. Very little reflected the reality of women who had spent decades adapting, compensating, and carrying on without answers.

My work has always focused on research, structure, and helping women make sense of complex situations. When I could not find support that felt steady and realistic, I built it.

My Rebel Brain is designed around clarity. One focus at a time. Practical tools that are visual and usable. Support that does not overwhelm or pressure. A structure that respects real lives.

This membership is for women who want steadiness, understanding, and a way forward that actually fits.
