What is My Rebel Brain?
My Rebel Brain offers membership programs designed to help you develop practical skills and strategies for personal growth. We provide monthly toolkit materials, group support, and expert guidance to help you achieve your goals.
What membership options do you offer?
We offer two membership tiers:
- My Rebel Brain Toolkit: Includes monthly packet with tools and step-by-step instructions, access to a private Facebook group, monthly Q&A session, and weekly email.
- My Rebel Brain Toolkit Plus: Includes everything in the Toolkit, plus bi-weekly online accountability sessions in a small group designed for priority setting, progress tracking, and real-time problem solving.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and current carrier rates. You'll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase. Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
What happens if I miss a Q&A session or accountability meeting?
We understand that life happens! However, missed sessions cannot be rescheduled, made up, or refunded. We encourage you to attend as many sessions as possible to get the most value from your membership.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. You'll retain access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for any unused portion of your membership.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available within 7 days of your initial purchase if you have not yet accessed your first monthly packet or attended a session. Once you have accessed materials or attended a session, all sales are final. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
What if my toolkit packet is lost or damaged in shipping?
If your packet is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
