FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this right for me if I was recently diagnosed? Yes. Whether you got your diagnosis last month or ten years ago, the program meets you where you are. The goal is not to introduce you to ADHD and AuDHD — it is to help you understand how it actually shows up in your life. That is useful at any stage.

Do I need a formal diagnosis to join? No. If you identify with ADHD or AuDHD and you recognise yourself in what this program describes, you are welcome here. A piece of paper does not determine whether this is right for you.

Can I join if I am not sure whether I have AuDHD? Yes. Many women in this program are somewhere in the process of figuring that out. The topics we cover — masking, sensory load, emotional dysregulation, social exhaustion — are relevant whether you have a formal AuDHD diagnosis or are just starting to ask the question.

What if I cannot make the live sessions? Every session is recorded. If you cannot make it live, you will have access to the full recording. You will not miss the content. What you will miss is the live conversation, which is worth showing up for when you can — but life happens and I built the program around that.

What is included each month? Each month has a focus topic. You receive a curated box of tools chosen to match the topic, a monthly envelope with supporting resources, and a live group session that goes deeper. Your first box arrives at the start of the program. Everything after that arrives monthly.

How big is the group? Twenty-five women. That is the maximum. It is small enough that you will actually get to know the people in the room, and large enough that the conversation stays rich.

What happens when the six months ends? The program closes but your seat in the community does not. You keep access to the group and to the women you met during the six months. The recordings stay available to you.

Is there a payment plan? Yes. You can pay in full at $247, or split it into two payments of $130 — one at enrollment and one 30 days later. Both options give you everything included in the program.

What if I miss my second payment? The second payment is due 30 days after enrollment. Because the program, community, and monthly boxes are all active from day one, both payments are required to maintain access. If a payment fails, access to the program and community will be paused until it is resolved. Please make sure the card on file is up to date.

What is your cancellation policy? If you change your mind, you have seven days from the date of enrollment to request a full refund. After that, all sales are final. To request a refund, contact us at Susan@MyRebelBrain.com within that window and we will take care of it.

Do you ship internationally? Currently we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand to other countries in the future.

Is shipping included? Shipping for your first box is not included and will be calculated at checkout. From month two onwards, shipping is covered.

When does the program start? We are currently confirming the date for our first cohort. Enroll now to secure your spot and you will be the first to know when the start date is confirmed.

Where does the community live? The private community is on Facebook. Once you enroll you will receive an invitation to join the group. This is where the between-session conversation happens.

How do I access the live sessions? A link is sent out shortly before each session. Make sure your contact details are up to date after enrollment so you do not miss it.

Is this therapy or coaching? No. My Unapologetic Year is not therapy and it is not coaching. It is a program built around sharing information and lived experience. If you are looking for clinical support, please speak with a qualified professional. What this program offers is knowledge, tools, and a community of women who understand what you are navigating.

How many spots are there? Twenty-five. When they fill, this cohort closes. There is no waitlist for what happens inside.
