Welcome to My Rebel Brain. By accessing our website and purchasing the MRB Cohort program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

The MRB Cohort Program

The MRB Cohort is a six-month program for women with ADHD and AuDHD, limited to 25 participants. It includes:

  • A curated monthly box of tools matched to the month's focus topic
  • A monthly envelope with supporting resources (months 2 - 6)
  • Live group sessions (recorded and available if you cannot attend live)
  • Access to a private Facebook community

Payment and Billing

Enrollment is a single payment of $267, or $247 at the founding rate for the first 10 women who enroll. This payment covers the full six-month program, including all monthly boxes, shipping, live sessions, and community access.
All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • You have seven days from the date of enrollment to request a full refund
  • After the seven-day window, all sales are final — no partial refunds or cancellations will be issued
  • To request a refund within the seven-day window, contact us at Susan@MyRebelBrain.com

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Respect the privacy and rights of other participants
  • Not share program materials with non-participants
  • Participate respectfully in group sessions and the Facebook community

Intellectual Property

All content provided through My Rebel Brain, including monthly box materials, session content, and resources, is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Private Facebook Community

Access to the private Facebook community begins upon enrollment in the MRB Cohort and continues indefinitely, regardless of whether you complete the full six-month program. Your seat does not expire. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates our community guidelines, at our discretion. Participants removed for a guidelines violation forfeit access to the community and to all session recordings.

Attendance and Participation

  • Live sessions are scheduled in advance and cannot be rescheduled for individual participants
  • All sessions are recorded — if you cannot attend live, the full recording will be available to you
  • Missed sessions cannot be refunded or carried over
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances

Limitation of Liability

My Rebel Brain provides educational and informational services. We are not responsible for:

  • Individual results or outcomes
  • Decisions made based on our materials or guidance
  • Technical issues that prevent access to services
  • Loss of data or materials

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to participate in the MRB Cohort.

Disclaimer

The MRB Cohort is not therapy and not coaching. It is a program built around sharing information and lived experience. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from participation.

Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to participants.

Termination

We reserve the right to remove you from the program if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to our community.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Florida - where My Rebel Brain is registered.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
